Damage or Suspected Damage Contact us immediately if you believe your products were damaged in shipment - shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours in order for us to even attempt to pursue a damage claim on your behalf. If you are suspect of the appearance of the boxes, but do not have time to inspect each of them before the driver leaves, write on the delivery receipt "Boxes are subject to inspection at time of delivery. Customer will notify carrier of pending damage within 24hrs." This gives you time to look over the product, yet allows the carrier to know that possible damage may have occurred before you took possession of it. Do not dispose of your boxes until you are certain you are not going to try and return them to the carrier. Please bear in mind that many of our items are handmade by our Enchanted Oak artisans when ordered. This means that we require time to complete your order. During our busiest seasons some orders can take between 6 and 8 weeks for delivery though the typical delivery time is much closer to 2-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience. We will let you know the approximate shipment date. Handmade items are made to order and are not subject to refund. If you receive your order and notice damage, please contact us promptly within 24 hours so that we can file a claim on your behalf through the Post Office.
